• Welcome & Anamnesis
  During your first appointment at the institute, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire so that each treatment can be adapted to your needs.
• Aromatherapy
  You can choose one of the different synergies of essential oils, to mix with your massage oil, for a unique sensory and energetic experience.
• Oracle draw
  Before each treatment, you are invited to draw an oracle card which will deliver an inspiring message to you.
• Massage
  A pampering massage is a moment of gentle relaxation that will help you let go and release tension. A timeless moment to recharge your batteries, reconnect with your body, and regain your inner balance.
• Therapeutic cupping (optional)
  It is possible to complete the treatment with the application of therapeutic cupping, ideal for relieving localized pain and tension.
