Preamble: Mission and Vision of the OTW Academy
The mission of the OTW Academy is to support Swiss entrepreneurship by assisting independent service providers and to offer end customers a catalog of quality services, easily accessible via the platform.
Our vision is divided into three axes:
- A booking platform that connects providers directly to end customers, with ease and transparency.
- A turnkey structure for the self-employed, offering visibility, support, administrative tools and payment facilitation so they can focus on their expertise.
- A lively and dynamic community, punctuated by events, workshops and afterworks, encouraging exchanges, collaboration and personal and professional development.
1. Advantage of the Terra Pack
Promo: Visibility and promotion
The platform highlights providers and their modules, providing maximum visibility to boost their success.
Booking: Connecting with customers
OTW Academy manages the connection between end customers and service providers, based on the availability communicated by the latter to the Academy.
Networking and events: Access to a community
Join a dynamic community of service providers. Afterworks, workshops, and meetings allow you to share, inspire, and create lasting connections. Together, we progress and evolve.
Academy Discount: Advantages on the catalog
As a member of the OTW Academy, you benefit from advantageous conditions on the services offered: reduced rates, access to certain modules or specific offers.
Hands-on: Support for content creation
OTW Academy supports service providers in implementing their modules on the platform.
Easy-pay: Facilitating payments
The platform manages secure payments and simplifies billing. Services (Twint, Mastercard, etc.) are supported by the Academy.
Administration: Back office management
OTW Academy takes care of administrative tasks so providers can focus on their mission.
2. Conditions of membership
Membership in the OTW Academy is done by subscribing to the Terra Pack.
Two formulas are available:
- Terra Monthly: CHF 9.90 / month
- Terra Annual: CHF 99.– / year (CHF 8.25 / month equivalent)

The purchase of the Terra Pack implies their unreserved acceptance.
4. Qualitative commitment and community sharing

Alternatives are possible in the event of material constraints.
A provider may only grant or benefit from one benefit per month, and not twice from the same benefit in the same calendar month.
5. Availability update
When integrating, the service provider chooses one of three connection methods:
- Direct booking (online calendar)
- Telephone or video slot
- Request for a personalized offer
Availability must always be up to date and correspond to reality.
If a reserved slot is unavailable, the service provider must contact the customer to agree on an alternative solution.

The service provider guarantees that it holds the rights to the content provided.
8. Duration of the contract
The contract takes effect upon purchase of the Terra Pack and is valid for 1 year , with automatic renewal , subject to compliance with the membership conditions.

Payment Terms – OTW Academy

🇩🇪DE
As part of their collaboration, the Parties agree that this additional contract specifies the payment terms applicable to subscriptions and services provided via the OTW Academy Platform.
The Platform allows end customers to book services offered by the Service Provider.
Subscriptions and payments are managed directly online, to guarantee complete transparency and traceability.
1. Subscription to the subscription
The Provider subscribes to one of the following two subscriptions, directly on the OTW Academy website:
- Terra Monthly: CHF 9.90 / month
- Terra Annual: CHF 99.– / year (equivalent to CHF 8.25 / month)
The subscription is active upon confirmation of payment made online and is automatically renewed at the end of each chosen period (monthly or annual), unless terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Partnership Agreement.
The online purchase of the subscription constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Payment Conditions, without reservation.
2. Collection of bank details
During the onboarding process, the Service Provider provides their bank details or professional TWINT account.
This information is used exclusively to allow the Platform to pay the amounts due when the end customer pays for a service online via the Platform .
Bank details are kept securely and are only used for payment purposes.
In the event of any modification, the Service Provider undertakes to immediately inform the OTW Academy team at the following address: info@opentowork.academy .
3. Online payment via the Platform
When the end customer pays for a service online (credit card, PayPal, Twint, etc.), the Platform acts as a financial intermediary :
OTW Academy collects funds in the name and on behalf of the Provider .
The amounts collected are then paid in full to the Service Provider, less any transaction fees charged by payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Twint, etc.).
No commission is applied by OTW Academy on Terra member services.
The Service Provider receives a detailed statement for each transfer, specifying:
- The customer's name
- The total amount collected
- Any transaction fees
- The net amount paid
4. Direct payment on site
If the customer chooses to pay for the service directly on site (cash, personal TWINT or other direct means), the Service Provider collects the total amount itself.
No commission is due to the Platform in this case, provided that the service has been properly registered on OTW Academy and that the transaction complies with the policy of transparency and respect for the end customer.
The Service Provider is responsible for maintaining its accounts and declaring its income.
5. Payment schedule
The Platform makes the following payments:
No later than the 1st working day of each month , for services paid online during the previous month.
The amounts are transferred to the account provided during onboarding.
Any bank transfer or external payment service fees are automatically deducted by the financial provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, TWINT).
6. Obligations of the Provider
The Service Provider undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date banking information.
- Maintain tax and accounting compliance of your income.
- Respect the deadlines for updating your contact details in the event of a change.
- Use customer data only for the services booked through OTW Academy.
- The Service Provider remains solely responsible for issuing its customer invoices and its tax obligations (VAT included if applicable).
7. Responsibility of the Platform
OTW Academy acts exclusively as a technical intermediary and payment agent .
The Platform:
- Cannot be held responsible for the services provided or their quality.
- Only guarantees the repayment of amounts actually collected.
- Declines all responsibility in the event of technical failure, banking error or problem beyond its control.
- Not considered the provider of the reserved service: the Provider remains the sole seller to the end customer.
- Any VAT applicable to the service is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. OTW Academy only charges VAT on its own revenue (subscriptions or additional services).
8. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Swiss law .
In the event of a dispute, the legal venue is the headquarters of the OTW Academy, unless otherwise required.
9. Digital validation
The online purchase of the Terra Pack on the OTW Academy Platform constitutes electronic signature and full acceptance of this document.
No handwritten signature is required.
