The OTW Academy's Open To Relax program brings together a wide range of services focused on well-being and relaxation . It includes yoga, Pilates, massages (sports, energetic, spiritual), relaxation treatments and holistic practices , to enable everyone to release tension, regain physical and mental harmony and improve their quality of life. This program is designed to adapt to individual needs, providing a variety of solutions to better manage stress, improve recovery and cultivate lasting well-being.
