The OTW Academy's Open To Relax program brings together a wide range of services focused on well-being and relaxation . It includes yoga, Pilates, massages (sports, energetic, spiritual), relaxation treatments and holistic practices , to enable everyone to release tension, regain physical and mental harmony and improve their quality of life.
